Raw Choco Bites

Plant-based | No-bake | Raw | Energy snack

These raw chocolate bites might look and taste decadent, but they’re mainly made of banana, carrot, and oats. Sweetened naturally with figs and dates, they’re perfect as a dessert or raw power snack.

  1. Prep: Chop carrot into large pieces.

  2. Process: In food processor, blend carrots, figs, and dates 10-15 seconds until minced. Set aside.

  3. Mash: In large bowl, mash banana and oats with fork or hands until combined.

  4. Mix: Add carrot mixture and cacao powder to banana-oat mixture. Blend until uniform.

  5. Shape: Form into 1-inch round balls.

  6. Coat (optional): Roll in shredded coconut.

  7. Chill: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
