Raw Choco Bites
Plant-based | No-bake | Raw | Energy snack
These raw chocolate bites might look and taste decadent, but they’re mainly made of banana, carrot, and oats. Sweetened naturally with figs and dates, they’re perfect as a dessert or raw power snack.
Ingredients

| Carrot | 1 medium | |
| Banana | 1 ripe | |
| Rolled oats | ½ cup | Gluten-free if needed |
| Dried figs | 3 | |
| Dates | 3 | Pitted |
| Raw cacao powder | 2 tsp | |
| Shredded coconut | For coating | Optional |
Method
Section titled “Method”-
Prep: Chop carrot into large pieces.

Process: In food processor, blend carrots, figs, and dates 10-15 seconds until minced. Set aside.

Mash: In large bowl, mash banana and oats with fork or hands until combined.

Mix: Add carrot mixture and cacao powder to banana-oat mixture. Blend until uniform.

Shape: Form into 1-inch round balls.

Coat (optional): Roll in shredded coconut.

Chill: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”- Refrigerate: Up to 3 days in airtight container
- Freeze: Up to 1 month
- Serve: Cold or at room temperature
